Start Location: Quad Cycles
Distance: 1-60 miles
ride is perfect for staying in shape during the off-season and
building your core fitness level during the season. A rolling
loop through Arlington, Lexington, Bedford, Concord, Carlisle,
Chelmsford and Billerica with stops at regular intervals where
anyone wishing to do so may return to the shop. Led by veteran
distance trainer Bobby Mac with pace and distance
determined by you. From beginner to expert, all riders
are welcome. No one will be dropped. A fast group leads off and
anyone falling back will be picked up by the following group.
A lunch stop is made at Fern's
in Carlisle at around the 21-mile mark, and ice cream at Kimble's
at around 35 miles. Our goal is for everyone to have fun, build
friendships and stay fit doing something we love.
Bring nutrition bars or food, water
and electrolyte replacement drink, some cash, a form of photo
identification, insurance card and medical emergency information,
and either some coins or a cell phone for emergency calls. Bring
spare tubes that fit your tires, a patch kit and a pump. Always
be sure your bike is in good condition and is professionally adjusted
to properly fit YOU!
All riders must wear helmets, ride
single-file and observe traffic safety laws.

The ride will leave the shop at 9:30 AM Sharp! The store opens at
9:00 AM so feel free to show up early if you need to prep your
bike before the ride.
